Highlight the strengths in our recent advertising and try to improve the latter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Suppliers<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Increase the number of authorised suppliers and improve the management and commitment from which they will benefit a better service from the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Material Resources<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Renew machinery frequently in order to prevent breakdowns that could stop production and acquire new technologies to avoid being outdated and therefore cut costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Human Resources<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish a training plan that enables staff to expand their fields of knowledge and improve their professional growth.<\/li>\n<li>At the same time, promote motivation and involvement in the company.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-45 size-medium\" src=\"\/\/aneva.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IAC-300x244.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"244\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La direcci\u00f3n del grupo ANEVA, mediante su compromiso de mejora continua del sistema de calidad establece los siguientes objetivos generales.
